Here are some tips for the diet plans:

  • Eat 5-6 times small frequent meals
  • Add fruits and green vegetables in the daily diet
  • Drink water as much as possible
  • Choose one fruit which is rich in Vitamin C and have it after your meal
  • Avoid caffeine, tea, and alcohol
  • Drink toned milk only
  • Avoid papaya, jackfruit, and pineapple
